Returns & Refunds (UAE)

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). It is intended to align with UAE consumer protection requirements and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable UAE law.

1) Change-of-mind returns (14 days)

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

Eligibility conditions Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

With all original tags, packaging, garment bags, and accessories included

Free from perfume/deodorant marks, makeup, stains, damage, or alterations

Returned in a manner that protects the item during transit

If an item is returned in a non-resellable condition, we may refuse the return or apply a reasonable deduction reflecting any loss in value.

2) Non-returnable items (unless defective)

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless they are defective or not as described:

Made-to-order / customized items (including custom sizing or length adjustments)

Altered items

Items with removed hygiene seals (where applicable)

Final sale / clearance items (only where clearly marked at purchase)

Gift cards (if offered)

3) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy under UAE law (which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case).

How to report an issue Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Order number

Photos/videos showing the issue

A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping/collection costs and arrange the applicable remedy.

4) How to request a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA).

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (collection or drop-off).

Pack the item securely with all original components.

Send the parcel using the method provided in our instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

5) Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise required by law.

Refund timing

We process refunds after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

What is refunded

The item price (and VAT, if applicable)

Original shipping fees are typically not refundable for change-of-mind returns (unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect).

6) Return shipping fees

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless we state otherwise).

Defective/incorrect items: we cover reasonable return shipping/collection costs.

7) Cancellations (before dispatch)

If you contact us before dispatch, we will try to cancel your order. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process above applies.
